These terms and conditions govern your use of cafelifehack.com and the purchase of digital products and subscriptions from Café Life Hack, operated by Sinnet Bødewadt under Averdine DK. By placing an order or using the website, you agree to these terms.
These terms comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), the Danish E-Commerce Act (E-handelsloven), and the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).
Café Life Hack offers digital products including downloadable PDFs, interactive web applications, card game files, workshop templates, and subscription services. All products are digital and delivered electronically via email or direct download.
Prices can be shown and paid in DKK, EUR, USD, GBP, NOK, SEK, CHF or AUD — you choose the currency before checkout. The amount you choose on the price slider is the amount you pay, including VAT where applicable. The final price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, is the price you pay.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. You will receive a payment receipt from Stripe by email immediately after purchase.
After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with download links within a few minutes. Download links are valid for 48 hours. If your link has expired or you did not receive the email, contact us at hello@cafelifehack.com for a fresh link.
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive and § 18, stk. 2, nr. 13 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (such as downloadable files) once delivery has begun, provided that:

For subscription services (e.g., Café Life Hack All Access), you may cancel at any time through the account management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

There are two licences, matching the two honest ways people use these tools. Full plain-language versions live on the licences page; this section is the binding summary.
When you buy a product on the price slider, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. You may use the materials yourself as often as you like, print them for your own use, and use them informally with family or friends. You may not use them in paid sessions, teaching, client work or professional facilitation; share, upload, resell or pass on the files; or include them in another product or course.
The facilitator licence covers up to five facilitators within the same organisation and includes the product’s complete bundle. You may use the material in your own sessions, including paid ones; use it inside your organisation with your own teams; print participant materials for people taking part in a session you run; and adapt exercises to fit your group, keeping the attribution. You may not send the source files to participants (print or display them instead); resell, sublicense or distribute the files; train other facilitators to deliver the material commercially (they need their own licence); or include it in a product, course or platform you sell. Where the material is visible to participants, keep the Café Life Hack mark on it.
Both licences: you may not modify and republish the materials as your own, or include them in other commercial products without written permission.
The Workshop Playbook’s share function creates read-only views of your own content (the workshop plans you create), not of the tool itself. Sharing your own plans is permitted and encouraged.
Café Life Hack products — including the Shift Your Focus exercise cards, workshop tools, and materials referencing “energy,” “energy perspectives,” “body-based exercises,” or similar concepts — are facilitation and reflection tools. They are designed for professional development, team workshops, and personal exploration.
They are not medical advice, therapy, psychological treatment, or healthcare services. The word “energy” as used in our materials refers to a metaphorical and experiential framework for noticing patterns in attention, focus, and engagement — not to any medical, scientific, or metaphysical claim about the human body.

Café Life Hack products are tools for facilitation and reflection. The outcomes of any workshop, training session, or personal practice depend entirely on the participants, facilitator, context, and how the tools are used.
We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or transformation. Case studies and stories on our website describe real experiences, but individual results will vary.
Averdine DK / Sinnet Bødewadt is liable in accordance with mandatory Danish and EU consumer protection law. Beyond what is required by law:

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through complaint channels will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. This does not affect your rights as an EU consumer to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
